Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at help@elevate-shoes.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Our team will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@elevate-shoes.com within 5 days of receiving your order, so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Missing or Delayed Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not yet received, please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If the refund does not appear after several business days, contact us at help@elevate-shoes.com for assistance.


Delivery Delays

If an order is significantly delayed beyond the stated delivery timeframe, a partial refund of USD 8.00 may be offered depending on the circumstances. Please contact our support team to review your order.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us at help@elevate-shoes.com with your order details.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Pre-order items

  • Products that have been worn or are not in their original condition

  • Discounted bundles (for example, Buy One Get One Free offers)


Products Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the product on a flat surface, showing both the defect and the shipping label

  • Send the photos and a description of the issue to help@elevate-shoes.com within 5 days of receiving your order

We will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement item also arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued.
